You pick a time that suits you. A quick call if it's straightforward, a longer consult if the event is complicated.
She'll ask what the show has to do, where you're flying, the date you're holding, and the budget you're working to.
She writes a proposal built around your event and sends it over.

Every quote is line-itemed before you sign, travel and permitting included.
There is no rate card to decode. Tell Ashly the budget you're working to and she'll tell you straight away whether we can build something worth doing inside it.

Who has already flown with us

Cities, resorts, broadcasters and sports bodies book us, and most of them come back. Every show we fly runs under an FAA authorization we pull for that site and that night.

Asked before most people send it

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four months is a comfortable runway. It protects your date and leaves room to design properly. We've turned a show around in a week when we had to, so ask even if your date is close.

Do you travel?

Anywhere. Home base is Utah and most shows fly across the Mountain West, but we've flown across the US and internationally. Travel is quoted as a line item up front.

Can we see a show before booking?

Many of our shows are public events, and we send pre-show preview clips of your design before flight night.
