A stadium drone show is built around a clock nobody controls. We design pre-game, half-time and post-match sequences that start on a cue and end on a hard out, and we rehearse the timing against your broadcast window rather than a rough estimate.
Flying to a cue, not a schedule
Half-time is a fixed box. If the show runs 9 minutes and the box is 12, that margin belongs to the cue, and the fleet has to be ready well before anyone calls it. We stage and pre-flight during the first half, hold, and go on your word. If the match runs long, the sequence can be trimmed from the top without breaking the choreography.
Stadium airspace is the hard part
Stadiums are usually the most restricted airspace we work in. Many sit close to an airport inside controlled airspace, and major-league and NCAA games carry a standing FAA flight restriction on event days. That's exactly the kind of thing we clear in advance. We file the authorization and coordinate with the venue and the local tower, and you won't sign anything with a government agency.
Sizing it to the bowl
A hundred aircraft read cleanly in a small venue. A full stadium with the upper deck occupied wants three hundred or more before shapes hold together from the back row. We'll size the fleet against your seating chart and design so the worst seat in the house still gets the show.
